Hello,
These are strange times as the majority of us adjust to self-isolation and working from home.
For most that automatically means wearing sweat pants, pyjamas or activewear without giving much thought to how what we wear affects our mental wellbeing. There’s plenty of research that shows that what we wear impacts our mood, motivation and decision making.
Here are some great alternatives, importantly each outfit is:
- Easy to slip on
- Made of lovely fabric
- Comfortable
- Chic, giving you the feeling of being polished without going over the top.
I have predominately featured Australian brands to support our fashion industry. Many stores are closed but operating online, and I encourage you to do what you can to keep these businesses alive.
And given you wouldn’t walk around with a handbag at home, I’ve replaced it with something far more practical! But as ever, I’m inviting you to get out of your comfort zone and try something new and exciting, don’t let lockdown constrain you. And check out the enticing recipes with each outfit.
Please reach out for a quick online consultation to add oomph to your style at home. This is also a great time to declutter and organise your actual wardrobe. With my interior design skills, I can help you create a workable, space-saving wardrobe, remotely.
And finally, Just as I love to support you and businesses out there, I ask for your support in return. Please share the style love by sharing this post out to your world on social media, and especially to those who would benefit with some style help & a positive boost right now. Thankyou in advance.Â
Enjoy, stay stylish, stay home.
