Red Carpet Glamour Style With a Point Of Difference

In the spirit of Oscars, I curated four red carpet outfits befitting for any red carpet, ball or gala event.  Traditionally, we know the celebrity red carpet is all about the big name designers dressing celebrities in exquisite gowns and precious gems to wow the viewers all over the world.

With the four below, I went a little different. I chose four dresses that were in my eyes celebrity worthy, however I concentrated on adding statement accessory pieces to complement the gowns – creating outfits that speak volumes when it comes to elevated glamour.

When done correctly, both dress and accessories work in harmony and create a walking masterpiece of art showing off not just the dress, but the woman wearing it.

Let these inspire you to take it up a notch next time you are attending a ball or gala event or even on the red carpet.

Let the prices of these garments not deter you – remember they are inspirations.

These days you can rent beautiful gowns. With sustainability a big topic, more and more fashion rental businesses are coming on the scene which is great to see. There are also many recycled designer stores that sell gowns at a fraction of the price. And have you thought about venturing in quality vintage stores? You can pick up stunning gowns that are one of a kind and no-one in the room will look like you.

Not only is this sustainable approach it’s also cost effective and allows you to look and feel like a celebrity every time you go to a gala event.  So ladies, there really is no excuse not to look red carpet glamorous any time…on any budget.  I can certainly help you.

Let your imagination run wild or allow me to do that, and create celebrity worthy outfits for you.

Enjoy

Instead of precious stones, a gigantic black flower corsage, long opera gloves and statement earrings adds to the opulence of this outfit. However, It’s the stone encrusted cuff around the top of your arm and the gold and black stone knuckle clutch that creates the powerful punch needed to show the world, you like to do things a little differently.
